Everything is underground like 50+ miles, but we get Wifi through something like FiOs but and even more advanced form of light based communication, it would be too hard to explain it right now. Lots of Rust, everything Rusts, which is weird, because there isn't a lot of Oxygen or Water. Not a lot of people though, and Rent is pretty cheap. It's like living in a Gulf Coast State in America, but less Water.
