Curiosity made me check your profile and saw that you have a little over 100 SP. After hardfork 19, rewards for minnows and dolphins went up by about 350%, so explains why your vote is worth 3 cents. The calculation, I think is something like this 100 SP= 0.01 *3/3.5. Congratulations too on your vote now worth $0.03!

It seems the reward pool/crappy market the last few days has already decreased my upvote from 3 cents to 2 haha.
It's crazy to say the least, but I think the decrease in payout generally has to do with the low price of SBD in the coin market.
