i think the content actually does matter. most of the time i only visit the art section in steemit because i love art and all post related to it, unless sometime i want to know some things about steemit or photography or cryptocurrency. thats why the tags are here for right?
now personally i wouldn't vote my friends for posting craps, i mean the posts need to have at least some effort?
