Sure, but you need roughly 3000+ SP to be able to create an account. I've been claiming accounts for a while now and have plenty to go around. I'm just offering up to use my own credits for other people.

infestor is for the people like us, you create gift codes, and people claim their accounts with these codes:

However, setting up infestor requires info on deploying a python app. Maybe, I can make it heroku friendly in the future, so people can serve it with a 'one click deploy' link.

free-tier AWS should be allright. The app doesn't need any real resources. Just a Python3.6 interpreter and a web server. :-)
I know. With this tool you can create gift codes and give them to other people and they can use app (and app create accounts for them with your account creation credits). You never see the password and this make account creation more secure.
