You can't tell people they're gonna be paid for any post and then expect quality. There are just too many people whose only skill is producing garbage very fast.

That is actually also an interesting issue for discussion. Many are eager for super fast results and so they write one good post sharing their thoughts then it gets something like 0.01 SD and so they decide that there is no place for frankness here. That is disappointing but it's simply impossible to have all your posts upvoted

And maybe they're right. Of course, you can write what you can and don't expect any money or any other form of appreciation in return, but there are more decent places to do that.

I think the key here is not just to write great posts, but comment on other people's posts. Have fun socializing, not just blogging about yourself and your interests.
