I have been buying a little on the way down, but not going all in. We may continue to slide downward and nobody knows where the bottom could be. Price averaging on the way down is the safest way to go.

I've also been buying on the way down, and you're right, its by far the safest way to go. I have a great feeling things are going up VERY SOON! Buy all the coins you have interest in, and fingers crossed we all score!
