I don't have that ability. It is OK for some to just use their account as long term storage. We would consider them inactive on the social media scene but that STEEM is not truly gone. For those who lost their keys or quit without bothering to remove any STEEM, I would consider that amount insignificant.
Fair enough. I saw a post about inactive Steem/SBD awhile back...maybe a week old or so now...can't lay my fingers on it atm though...
