The only partnership with Banx that Remittio previously had was - we agreed to use Banx as our main exchange for crypto to fiat conversions since they announced they were joining the Bitshares network - in order to try and strengthen Bitshares partners as they came on board. Part of the deal was giving Banx some shares in the company in exchange for extremely favorable exchange rates.
Remittio never got to the point of ever even using Banx for any service, and their ownership from Remittio was removed beginning of the year.

50% of Remittio was owned by Banx and Banx shareholders were promised profits from it, so this partnership was used to deceive potential shareholders to buy more shares. Very clearly it has been used as a part of a scam. Reputation of Remittio has gone forever.
Nothing insane in warning other people about scammers. It's what every decent human being should do.
You are just making things up, such as a grand scheme of deception by Banx. The fact is I asked for Banx to relinquish any shares because of their problems. Sounds like a responsible decision, doesn't it? Calling yourself decent is a stretch.
