Because of Steemit, I've been able to save up and divest into other coins and tokens that I've been interested in for a long time! That has actually been reasonably profitable for me in the short term, but I'm holding; playing the long game lol. However, I've also been able to take some Steem and actually buy some good gifts for family and friends this year!
This holds true for me too...Steem has been of blessing to me particularly with the rise in the price of SBD.
You won't believe that SBD started gaining a big stake when I had almost lost hope in steem plus i had also lost some bucks in fake crypto- companies.
I'm glad you got the hope back! Never lose hope haha. It's so great being able to get into other coins thru Steem, exciting times. Gotta stay safe, so many fakes and scams and ponzis and all that out there.
