The market has two options at present. The first is the Breeze Wallet developed by the Stratis Team and they use TumbleBit technology. This allows you to tumble bitcoin without the use of a central third party that may or may not be keeping logs and are usually located on the dark web. Your privacy is not assured with a centralised tumbler.
For more in depth information on Tumblebit, here is a link to the whitepaper which explorers all the technical details: https://eprint.iacr.org/2016/575.pdf

The tech also makes use of Tor. It needs to be run separately for now but the Stratis team will most likely add tor as a container into the Breeze wallet install so there is no need to run tor independently.
This product is still in beta but is running on bitcoin mainnet.
The UI is visually appealing and easy to navigate.

There is also another option that is currently undergoing extensive testing.
The Wasabi wallet developed by nopara73
Github: https://github.com/zkSNACKs/WalletWasabi
This wallet uses coinjoin to anonymise bitcoin transactions. The product as far as I am aware is still in alpha.
The interface, like the Breeze Wallet, is stylish and very easy to use.
This wallet also makes use of Tor.
Here is Nopara73's blog explaining the wallet in more detail: https://medium.com/@nopara73/wasabi-privacy-focused-bitcoin-wallet-for-desktop-3962d567045a
DISCLAIMER: BOTH PRODUCTS ARE STILL IN TESTING STAGE SO DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE LARGE AMOUNTS OF BITCOIN.
NOPARA73 WAS AT ONE TIME EMPLOYED BY THE STRATIS GROUP, BUT THEY DID NOT SEE EYE TO EYE AND WENT THEIR SEPARATE WAYS.
You have a minor misspelling in the following sentence:
It should be separate instead of seperate.
