What else have you tried to help with depression?
One thing I do is avoid granulated, processed sugar as much as I can. I take vitamin D3 supplements too, especially here in Michigan with our long winters without much sunlight.
I try getting outside as much as possible and trying new activities/hobbies; I'm in southern California so bad weather isn't really an issue here. I also try to keep up with going to the gym. Avoiding processed sugar is a great help to me as well.
