Yeah, I am pretty sure it is a SP power amount. Whatever total it is, I know I am a long way from getting there.
I'm not sure how I feel about the slider honestly. On the one hand, it does let you spread more of the wealth around, but on the other it is almost like saying "This was "nice" but not good enough for my whole vote. I don't look at votes I get that way, but because of the type of person I am, I would feel like that is what people felt about me if I gave them a 20% vote.
