Well said! If you think like a minnow you will stay a minnow. Instead grasp the opportunities that present themselves!
Once I decided to look at every post as an opportunity to put myself out there instead of merely a way to get upvotes, I started seeing better success.
Barely a week ago I was posting about hitting 500 SP, now I am closing on 700 and powering up every chance I get. I like the little Steem logo at the top of posts indicating they are 100% power up. That's a good way to tell who is in this for the long term versus people who want to make a buck and send it out. Sure, it is nice to have some SBD, and not all of my posts are powered up for just that reason, but I will power them up as much as possible to GROW. I see you are doing the same thing, well done!
Hope that baby is doing well too!
Powering up 100% is something all should know at the time they sign up! At least to don't ignore it. And yes, I believe in this platform as both ways to make a difference in people and to earn in the meanwhile... But investing first!
I am collecting SBD because I want to hold drawing contests, and a few in case I need some money some day...
The baby is pretty well, thanks for remembering her n.n she wants a steemit account too xD
Oh I don't blame you at all for taking some posts in 50/50, I do too, I like to hold the odd contest here and there, and I love participating in contests. A good chunk of my current SP comes from converting contest winnings. So yeah, holding a little SBD back is always a good thing.
Don't even joke about the baby wanting a steemit account. My 'baby' is a ten year old boy, and he bugs me nearly daily about wanting his own account. I have a feeling I will be broken before too long and he will start doing steemit and will become a whale while I am still under 5000 SP. hahaha.
10 year old is nice! He can draw, make crafts, write!! He can have an steemit account n.n
My baby is 2months old xD she can poo..
