Often in life we are faced with difficult choices, often we have to make an important decision that will change our destiny. Sometimes the dilemma is which of the roads to choose, and sometimes decision did not see ... We're all find themselves at a crossroads or impasse - our friends give different advice, but we seized hesitation, uncertainty, confusion, fear. We are so confused that we say:
"Lord, point me to the Way, give me a sign ... what should I do?"
In such cases, it is usually said - listen to your heart, hear the voice of your soul, hear your inner voice.
All the answers are within us and the only criterion for right is our inner feeling for things. The only voice we can trust is our inner voice.
But who is our inner voice? Who is the voice of the heart? How do we distinguish it?
At times when we look for an exit, we usually hear in our heads not two voices, but a whole choir of voices. We have different thoughts, doubts. A turnoff is spinning, a storm rages ... like an ocean has been raging. We hear a voice: "Well, what if I'm wrong? ... no, do not I better not try,"
then another - "and if you drop the chance? I will do it…"
then third - "what others will say"
Fourth - "What if I lose?" ... and so on. etc. to infinity. Susan Jeffers calls this choir of cast KRECHETALO 🙂. Whenever I begin to analyze and entwine it, I think of it and I find it ridiculous. 🙂 This crackle raises such a noise, creates such chaos that we have no access to our inner voice at all.
And he is quiet ... not just a voice, but rather a feeling like a state of spiritual comfort, like knowledge ... when we can say - yes, I know.
"Reason thinks, the soul knows," said in a whale. a proverb. The soul knows because she has access to Universal Wisdom, but her voice is like a whisper ...
How do we hear that voice?
First - DETERMINE THE IMPORTANCE. Nothing is so important. The importance, the complexity of our problem we create - "nothing is good or bad, the thought makes it so." When we attach great importance to things, it seems to us that the problem is very complex, irresolvable, and the decision is difficult and fateful. Under the heavy burden of this "fateful" decision we have to take, we block.
To reduce the importance will help us knowing and remembering that:
No right and wrong decisions - there are simply different ways.
Whatever decision we make, we win one, and we lose another. Whichever way we go, we will learn new things, we will meet with different people. Very often what we have thought of our mistake then turns out to be our greatest good.
STOP ANALYSIS. Excessive analysis only interferes, confuses us, and entwines us as weeping. The more you try to find the answer, the more he runs you.
RELAX. Forget the problem a bit, do not think about it. Go to nature, read a book, come out with friends, relax. Very often, when the mind is distracted, the solution suddenly comes up. Not by accident, the greatest discoveries and insights are made at the moments when the man is resting. Then the quail is silenced, you are calm and "see" the answer - in most cases it was very close to you ...
KNOW THAT THE RESPONSE IS ALSO EXISTING. He's there, somewhere ... you just have to see him. There is no problem that will not respond.
KNOW THAT THE ANSWER WILL BE GIVEN AT THE PRESENT TIME AT THE PRECISION PLACE. Sometimes the answer may not come at once, but that's because you might have had to meet someone or learn something that would take you to a better exit.
TRUST TO YOURSELF AND THE ENSEMBLE that you will be told the right answer for you.
WATCH THE SIGNS. You can often get an answer quite unexpectedly from an unexpected place - an accidentally missed word from a familiar, read phrase from a newspaper or a street sign book, and see something during a dream. Endless possibilities are.
When you know that the answer is already there and you trust, your subconscious works for you - you start to see and attract things that will take you to the answer, will unlock the knowledge inside you.
Then you will "hear" your inner voice.
When we learn to hear our inner voice, we will always know what is right for us because our intuition always directs them to the best solution.
We could say that inner voice is actually having an intuition that you can trust to, and I think the most important step is getting to know yourself. Nice post btw :)
