The reason for that is:
Dan/Ned/Steemblog (I'm not sure exactly what post it was, if you find it please comment down) stated that copying entire pages from other sites and pasting it to steemit lowers the google rank, steemit and steem value, therefore users who copy paste are getting bashed on and they should be because they do us harm, BUT now users who simply don't copy paste entire pages and articles and who just share things they like from different sources and not a copied article from elsewhere are getting BASHED on as well?! But Why? I don't understand as well, just as you do!
My advice to you, is to simply reply on anyone BASHING on YOU to tell them what Dan/Ned/Steemblog stated in the OFFICIAL RULES! (I hope you will find the link to the original post that mentions this!) and if you tell them that they won't just stop BASHING on you, that will make them STFU hard!
