I got all that... 564 STEEM, 350 STEEM POWER... but I can not see how to convert either of those to SD. Am I missing something obvious?

Yes, you go in your wallet and you click on your steem dollar number and then choose transfer or buy or exchange

Is seems the transfer is only for transferring SBDs to other users. My only other options are :

• Transfer to Savings
• Market
• Convert to Steem
