People mostly forget about luck and just say it is only hard work that pays.

And yeah, sure, hard work pays off.. But I don't have a magic-stick, so I can't just point at my posts and bring them to life.. Which basically means that I need to work hard and hope that I'll be lucky. - Luck will always be part of business, life or whatever you do. However, you can minimize the "luck-factor" with pure dedication and hard work.. - But you'll never be able to erase the fact that luck plays a huge role.

Agreed: work for luck, not wait for luck.

Definitely. As long as you work hard you'll also increase your chances of getting lucky.
