I am exactly one month ago newbie, I was not so warmly welcomed in the steemit community but I was given some attentions but now adays no one ever sees me even today also I post the contents that are qualitative enough I am really exhausted and frustrated any suggestions @modernpastor ? you are among the good guys in the steemit thats why stemit has a taste 😍😍😍😍 .I enjoy your content .this all I am writing because I may or may not be online further due to my furtger studies . 😢😢
The beginning is for everyone hard my friend. I can totally understand you. But honestly, this is normal. Noone knows you so far or some friends you have.
But nothing in life which last long comes easy my friend.
I see a big demand on these topics. I think I have to write about it again.
But my number one advice for everyone here: Be active here. Put your name out there. Comment a lot and then people will visit your profile and then they have to see good content. Its all about perception!
I think this is a great idea! I am all for awards like this because it challenges people to step up their game. It will help create truly inspirational content! The more content that is inspired and passion driven the faster Steemit will grow. This platform will be known for having incredible content that is thoughtful and original! And who doesn't want to read something like that? I know I do!
That is why I joined Steem under two months ago, I heard that this platform has some of the best content on social media and for the most part that is true! I think awards like the one you are proposing will just elevate this platform even more! :)
Everything is good on my end! I have been crazy busy with work and taxes, you know...all the fun stuff! haha Making some time here and there for the beach and some workouts to destress! :)

It is a good idea. But it's going to favor the veterans more. From the little I've observed , most people don't read contents, but will up vote you based on your popularity. And sadly, this puts newbie in a disadvantaged position.

Because you need someone to elect the creator of the decade and who are the right persons to be impartial and consider every single one in the community...
