As more and more people are joining Steemit and realizing the potential of this social network it would be great if everyone stayed. Curating mustn't be lazy these days, now it is time to work more organically, give bots some rest and do some curating yourself.

Until communities come out we should all be more active and give waves of new users incentives to stay. We have to make them realize that staying here long term is great for everyone on the platform, for past, current and future users, retention is very important.

Some old users are coming back once again when they saw a price rise, and what do you know, bots are returning to them also, and again they have big rewards even though they haven't been here for months.

I would give the new users better incentives than returning users, new ones are more important, word of mouth can spread faster with happy new users instead of happy returning old users. Everyone is important, yes, however, new users are the most important.

Keep it up and start curating for the awesome future of Steemit!

Definitely agree with you man, I've recently joined Steemit and have been looking into how it all works, very interested to stay here and start curating my own posts. Also hope this community will flourish and someday surpass many of the existing social medias!

The longer you stay, better your rewards will be. Steemit is all about building your following and being active in community. More traffic we all create, better for all of us. No spam of course :)
