In far 2007 - Jason Calacanis American internet entrepreneur and blogger offered his deffinition of Web 3.0: "Web 3.0 is defined as the creation of high-quality content and services produced by gifted individuals using Web 2.0 technology as an enabling platform".
Almost 9 years later was created Steemit.
Steemit started in a very responsive time for innovative technologies.
The main conception of web 3.0 - self (user) moderated content is realised here in full mode. For the time being low quality content creation will allow to bite a piece of cake. But due to the self-regulation next step every user will cherish his words and rating.
