This blog is going to be out of the ordinary of what I usually do, but it is something worth-while noting. Bottom line; the minute you start running after money is the minute you fail at making money.
Let us expand on this point. When you start to chase money, you stop focusing on what it is you are doing to achieve that money and while you think you are MORE focused, you miss out on producing QUALITY when this is your goal.
Follow the 3 P's rule which I have created as a nice outline for you to start achieving success.
1 - Passion
Money should be seen as a sweet reward for doing something you love and are passionate about. When you do something you love you are always striving to improve. Now relating this to Steemit; if you do not enjoy writing blogs and posts, chances are you will either produce content irregularly, quit producing content soon in the future and/ or even produce content to a low quality thus affecting the revenue you get from these blogs.
Now apply this to any other situation; ALWAYS strive to do what you love in life, whether it be getting a job you love, surrounding yourself with people you love and do things that you want to do and not what others want you to do. Slowly you will realise that your life is of great value and on the side you get sweet rewards which can be anything you see as a reward such as money, happiness and so on.
This is a tough concept to grasp and people may firmly disagree but try it yourself.
2 - Patience
Another major mistake people make is quitting before achieving. Most people's problem is even if what they are doing is top notch, they quit because they think there is NO POINT. This is one of the biggest of mistakes you can make. Persistence PAYS OFF and just when you think you have hit rock bottom, the "impossible" may happen. So just keep doing what you love and don't quit, soon you will develop a fan base and that sweet reward of money will come.
3 - Persistence
This leads on from passion and patience; if the passion is there and you have the patience - persisting with anything will get you results and success. In this case money, so remember to follow the 3 P's rule!
I really hope this post helps. I know it has nothing directly related to making money and isn't an IMMEDIATE FIX, but changing your mentality to the above is KEY to achieve great success whether on Steemit or life in general.
