Just to confirm, it is possible to transfer SP, either

via routing or
via account transfer

However

routing will take 104 weeks to fully complete the transfer of SP
it will take 30 days to (safely) transfer the account ownership as the person you're buying from can challenge ownership within that period. It will also take 104 weeks transfer the SP from the new account to the main account .
