Im Splitting my Self into 3!

in #steemit7 years ago

Hey Steemians,
I posted a blog last week about the diversity and percieved "congestion" of Posts on the STEEM blockchain now that many new front end applications have opened up.

I mentioned the need to incorporate voluntary filters on the platforms to allow users to filter out other applications posts. This is so easily doable and I hope the developers and @ned take it into account.

Until then, In order to prevent upsetting my followers on Steemit I will be posting on steepshot and dmania under two separate accounts/aliases.

In case anyone is interested in following my photography or memes my new alias are below.

Interesting! Perhaps I should split my account when I start to post more and more content. This is a good idea as it keeps each account focused on specific topics or post types.

I think this is the way to go actually... I feel like I've kind of built up a following of people who like my updates and general posts, but memes probably don't fit that group. Obviously I don't want to drive anyone away, but I do enjoy some good meme action... it's a tough one.

Yeah it was a tough one for me too! I'm trying really hard to convert my friends over to Steem and there is no way in the world they would join steemit but maybe Dmania and definitely Steepshot. For that reason I need to be using these platforms. Plus i really like a good meme every now and then!

Thank great blog, wonderful shares...

why down vote me bro

You are plagerising others content. I flagged your post because you have copy/pasted the content from other sources without acknoledge the source.

If you edit the post and give credit to the authors i will remove my flag.

Interesting strategy. I'm not sure it'll be the best down the road, when Steem DOES get better at the filtering and getting the different services to work well together, but I can definitely see the value now, and would consider it if I created multiple types of content.
