steem will not get better until the developers start doing a better more fruitful job. Search and your homepage is a huge mess and make it hard to find good content. That and people dont upvote enough. steem is going sub .50 USD. And unless steemit makes changes its going to die.
Personally, i would stop the creating of new coins. steem and sbd. ask that half of all transactions fee's go to Advertising and sign-ups. The other half get divided among all active accounts in that time frame (equally) Upvoting would come off your total (like tipping). That would give more power to little guys and solve the steem low price issues.
