If you feel that Steemit is revolutionary and will be around in the next few years then invest dollars in Steem Power. If you're sitting on the fence and not sure then the best way is to create quality content and earn Steem Power. You'll be investing time, but not your own dollars.

I've invested both money and my time creating mediocre potato content. I think its going ok.

I was thinking about doing that too. Have you noticed a difference in the amount of interest generated after investing money?

I don't think I've earned any interest on my Steem Power. Maybe it's just Steam Dollars that earn interest?

Thats pretty much where I'm at too. I've put a couple bucks into it and have been writing some decent stuff. Not 100% sold but definetly see potential.

I believe it will do well as long as people are patient and help each other gain more power. Right now there's a lot of people complaining about the lack of payouts, and it's because there aren't enough people with any decent amount of SP helping other people gain SP.

I think the idea of limiting payouts is good to add stability so that the Steemit concept has a chance to develop. But if nothing comes of Steemit, everyone will slowly see their SP decrease, I think... Which is why innovation on steemit will be important, that and gaining repeat users.
