First, I have engage a lot of people by going to their posts... Second, I try to follow everyone that is interesting. Third I follow everyone who follows me because they must be someone that likes something I like. Essentially, I don't worry about how many followers I have, I try to focus on following others and reaching out to others. A lot of people will follow you back if they like what you have to say.
