If I feel my post is really lame, I decline payouts. Steemit already rewards me pretty well, so I don't want to take too much from the pool.

Tips to grow:

  • Make posts on things you are passionate about: hobbies, funny stories from your past, words of wisdom
  • Make great and smart comments on other posts
  • Make friends
  • Get on steemit chat
  • Don't forget to have fun.
