very nice. I can relate to the rage you feel. I have experienced this many times. The best way I use and try to teach to overcome this is my empathy and compassion. Try to look at it from their perspective. Feel free to imagine a situation that they would do this. For example in this case maybe they have nothing in their life to write about nor do they speak Wnglish. Now this doesn't make it alright but it helps you. And that's all you can control in life, YOURSELF. I can recommend that you read some of my meditation or mindfulness posts. Maybe they could be used in your situation and others that may arise. It has worked for me in some situations that could have resulted in devastation. Namaste and keep up the good work.
