Hello @tipu. I have few question

• Can you make a bot exchange sbd/steem to doge automatic?
• Can you make a system, who have low SP but can still join program upvote. Like my second account @asyhar. @asyhar have more 10 SP but he cannot be delegate, bcause its default from steemit.
