Way of increasing your happiness

Happiness is an abstract thing. It's a positive emotion or good feelings which comes for a specific reason or come sub-consciously in our brain. But can we nurture this in our mind or although influenced by our life circumstance, is it beyond our control ???

Let's see some way which can influence and encourage happiness:

Acts of kindness

Giving things to others or helping others may increase your positive feelings. You may find mental peace or satisfaction by doing this which help to increase your happiness.

Relationship

Familial relationships and friendships play a vital role to increase happiness. Ability to make friends often raised up our self-esteem. Extroverts people are usually enjoying their life higher level than introverts. People who live with their family member or live nearby places are much happier than others.
Spousal relationships are one of the biggest factors in achieving happiness. Marriage tends to lead to increased levels of happiness. Cohabiting also boosts happiness but not as like as marriage.

Self-determined happiness

Positive effects might be influenced by external factors in our everyday life, but if people yearn for more happiness, can they bring it about themselves? The answer is "Yes". The self-fulfilling individuals are more prone to directly attempt to smile, get themselves in a happy mood, improve their social skills, and work on their self-control.
