I hope that the transparent nature here helps mitigate some of the anxiety you describe, but to be honest, with my very small understanding of bots, it's almost as opaque as anything. I'll keep sharpening my vision.

It is worth working out how some of it operates at even a basic level. It is all very interesting I think.
Since it is such an area of strong feeling for me, I have to be careful of 'thinking with my heart'.

I think in that case, definitely look into it deeper. There are good sides and bad sides to bots. The bidbots however have very little positive for the community as I can see.
