It could work through a trusted European Steemian and Kraken or some such, but SEPA will slow things down a few days and there would be several transaction fees (PayPal, USD->EUR, EUR->BTC, BTC to you).

    I know. There should be a cheaper/shorter path. I'm game if you want to try with $1 8-).
