RE: Will Steemit become a threat to minimum wage jobs?

in #steemit8 years ago

The way Steemit is right now, I think it is a decent alternative. My son is 16 years old. He is thinking about working at a local bait shop for minimum wage. They have to count worms and bugs all day. The place has a permanent "help wanted" sign, so to me that tells me it isn't the best place to work.
Ive told him to start posting here. We got an account set up. He does great photography and he has tons of good shots already. I just haven't got him to post yet. Maybe he is afraid of being rejected? I am sure he could make a bit of side money.
So yes I think if STEEM the coin can keep this level of value, the future for the site is bright!

I couldn't agree more! You should get him to start posting, maybe learn about Steemit first and then craft his own introductory post.
The amount of creative people on here is overwhelming, but we can always welcome and encourage more :) never stop trying!
