Ingredients
23 pieces
Material A:
400 gr low protein flour (I Blue Key)
100 gr of Tang Mien flour
11 gr instant yeast (I Fermipan)
25 gr milk powder
100 gr refined sugar
Material B:
275 cc of cold water
Material C:
70 gr white butter
5 gr of fine salt
Step
Mix ingredients mix well
Pour the ingredients into a lump
Insert the material C knead continue until elastic kalis (I use the help hand mixer curleb 5 minutes ago diulant pake hand briefly)
Weigh the dough @ 30gr round to slippery (I @ 40gr), rest the dough for 30 minutes
Drain the dough, fill it and round it or shape according to taste, rest again for kurleb 20 minutes until fluffy
Steam bakpao until cooked (kurleb 15-20 minutes, I use medium medium)
For chocolate stuffing I use Kurleb 2-3 SDM brown powder Wind Molen, 3 SDM sugar, 2 sachets SKM and mix well, the shape is clot but later after maturity become melted enaakk
