RE: Steemit T-Shirt Contest.

I'm curious about something. Can anyone make t-shirts with the Steem or Steemit logo? Has there been a public statement about this from Steemit? The reason I'm wondering is because the Steemit User Agreement states that

“Steem,” “ Steemit,” the Steemit logo and any other product or service names, logos or slogans that may appear on Steemit are trademarks of Steemit and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
