Anyone who practices the BLOOD TYPE DIET?

in #steemit8 years ago (edited)

I have been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes since I was 21 years old(too young - I know!).

Now that I am 25 years old, I was told to inject insulin because my blood sugar level is mostly high and of course, I still I want to have a baby - don't we all want, ladies? :(

It's a very difficult battle with changing your grown up habits and lifestyle - basically it's a bad one for me that's why I got sick!

I have tried a lot of dieting strategies but my blood sugar continues to fluctuate which makes me more confused of what to do and what to eat. I get dizzy if I eat less and same feeling when I eat much.

WHICH IS THE RIGHT FOOD FOR ME SO I WON'T FEEL THIS PAIN???

Then one day, I got myself into articles talking about the different blood types that we have: A, B, AB and O.

I am a blood type O and so, I continued my readings which pushed me to dig deeper so I can understand more...

I found out that we all have a list of foods which are divided into 3 categories:
1)Highly beneficial
2)Neutral and;
3)Avoid

A book by Dr. Peter J D'Adamo and similar articles online were very good help to enlighten my mind!
I started changing my diet...and find it like I am one with my body again and not going against my hormones.

If you have tried the blood type diet, please don't hesitate sharing your experience on the comments below. Thank you!

Look up Dr. David Jung. He is a Canadian dialysis doctor that specialises in curing type 2 diabetes. His method cured my sister and best friend.

Oh...nice, thank you! :)
