Just want to give some advice to the users here on Steemit.com
Don't always send a screenshot to someone you don't know that is willing to help with a problem. They may ask you to "send a screenshot". That screenshot may have valuable security information. Look at the error message and make sure there are no "keys" in the message. If your not sure or don't understand it, DON'T send the screenshot.
Check to see if they have helped others before.
Maybe, go to the chat room and ask around before sending a screenshot with information you don't understand.
I have learned a valuable lesson after talking with support for OpenLedger.
I sent several screenshots of error messages to other people saying they can help. I appears my account password was changed. It can not be recovered by anyone else or support.
Please ..... Please ..... use people you know or other people that your trust.
Thanks
