Wow. Great story, there is a learning curve to the average joe for adding the video, pics, and style to the post. It's not impossible by no means, but new people starting out and coming to Steemit will have to learn. I have a cheap Godaddy hosting account and can FTP photos and videos to my own site. Thats good that you can have your photos and videos from your site! You can also use websites like Flickr and photobucket for that.
