9. Steem Price Update
¯\___(ツ)____/¯ Follow me @penguinpablo for daily Steem statistics.
Interesting, wonder why there are so many new accounts created while the price was tanking. Normally more accounts get created in the bull run.
most of account are created by Steemit.Inc
So, this dynamic drived by their inner processes.
Do you mean it's the steemit verification process that makes the new account stats inconsistent? Hopefully hardfork 20 is released soon.
It looks like someone runs a script manually.
I just cant imagine a service that works like we see.
I guess so, because some of my friends have been waiting for weeks for their new accounts.
Yes. I am also including a person who waits for 3 weeks for my account
Well said. You got the good point . Clever man @michiel
Thank you again Penguin. Upvoted and resteemed.
wow excellent analysis and i gained good knowledge about how steemit is growing, keep creating such helpful analysis, Stay blessed
Nice to see that there's a consistently higher activity level on the site. Only number that's still a bit puzzling is the very uneven number of new accounts added daily. I hope when the long awaited HF20 finally arrives that the enrollment process will become more smooth.
Wow, what a great job, I'm doing something like that on a small scale, a pleasure to meet you, I follow you.
Love your useful content. A compelling read and an informative experience. I'll be sure to follow you and anyone who follows me!

7.4 k new accounts on the 18th that’s a massive jump wondering what caused it
Informative, instructive and useful, as usual. Thanks.
Do you have any clues for what caused the huge amount of power ups & downs yesterday?
@steemit is powering down.
See my of from 2 days ago: https://steemit.com/steemit/@penguinpablo/daily-steem-stats-report-steemit-is-powering-down-and-up
At least we had some power up on that day too. I'm trying not to worry about stuff I do not understand. I'm all about the Alexa ranking!
Very infomative post by @penguinpablo 7.4 k new accounts on the 18th. Its very good jump and steemit growing fast, Is this a thinking ?? Not.. This is a real fact that steemit growing very fast now these day. Thank you for sharing all information about steemit.
Awesome to see so many new accounts! Glad I wasn't the only one ;)
If only these new accounts posted one introductory post each, we would have 7000 more posts for this week :D
7484 new sign ups on the 18th. Dayum. 👌
Just wondering if you have a chart by quarter, of new sign-ups? from the beginning.
Wow I remember when 300,000 accounts was a huge deal and to hear it hit 600 thousand is huge!
Good
Hello @penguipablo thanks again for your amazing work on Steemnow, and this new project steem block explorer. I have an idea of a digital audio workstation on the blockchain for steem and I would love to know how you've found devs and mapped out your partners.I know you are a dev yourself so it might be easier to comprehend the whole process of building an app/software. Congratulation again for your hard work!
Thanks
