Nice 21K signups (seems it might have something to do with the intensifying of the FB/YT crackdown)
Please consider: using a log scale for chart nr. 7 (the huge power ups/downs are dwarving the other numbers to the point that its not readable anymore... Thanks!)

Thanks for the update. I was one of the 20k new accounts yesterday. I think they must have a massive backlog of people wanting to join as it took me over two weeks to get my account approved. But nevertheless glad to be here now !!

Upvoted and resteemed. New accounts is EXCELLENT!!! Never ever did I think we would hit and sustain 4000 per day. This is 5x stronger than I had anticipated in the beginning.
The 20 thousand accounts in only one day is a record but also a great news. It means the the Steemit software architecture and infrastructure can handle much more requests without problems. Thank you @penguinpablo for sharing this good news!

Love watching these stats as they give me a really good understanding of how big of a market steemit and how much potential it has. 66000 active users? Facebook has like what? 1 billion ??
Also, does any of you guys know if the "creating account" time will start to get bigger and bigger once there will be more requests?
I joined steemit 1 week ago and I waited 2 days, then one friend of mine waited 3 days and now my girlfriend who just joined has waited 4 or 5 days.
you are very fortunate, I waited 6 weeks last year in September, so in comparison this is now very fast: good news for all of us!

I think that the Steem price will only go higher now. We have to spread the word about it to other people who are not in cryptocurrencies yet and I’m sure they’ll change their minds.
As the price increases, more and more peeps will be motivated to join, especially with this extremely inflated Steem Backed Dollar we're currently experiencing.

20 000 new users in one day is huge but only around 60 000 active users everyday i thought there were a lot more daliy users.
But if the new users grow at the same rate that number is going to grow very soon

Amazing 19614 accounts registered and 11 SBD converted into steem on 29th January, 2018.This proved that software engineers of steemit are responding efficiently . I hope this year steemit will progress tremendously . Thanks for sharing updates with excellent statistics.

This is wonderful news. I love seeing this. There is no doubt things are starting to heat up with the STEEM blockchain. We are going to see a massive explosion over the next 3 months as some of the developments start to emerge. We are seeing an acceleration of signups over the last few months which is natural.
The increased price of STEEM and especially SBD, is helping people to make more money...that word has to be spreading.
