Yes, HF20 was a blessing for the platform, considering the amounts of SP that are being powered down... (shame you can't express sarcasm in a comment)

Lets give it a month or so to really see the effect. If people are powering down large amounts because they can no longer abuse the voting, then that would be a huge win for hf20.
