3. Daily accounts transacting
A 'transacting account' is a Steem account that made at least one transaction on the Steem blockchain. This can be a vote, post, comment, transfer, power up or sbd conversion. Users who only read from the Steem blockchain without interacting are not included. The actual number of 'Active users' is therefore much higher than the accounts transacting.

8. Steem Price Update
¯\___(ツ)____/¯ Follow me @penguinpablo for daily Steem statistics.
What is going on with account creation PP? The backlog must be as long as my lance by now.
indeed, maybe busy hyping SMTs?;)
Very informative Post, thank you! We neeed much more new daily Accounts 🤔
Steem is fluctuating but trending up!
@penguinpablo thank you very much for publishing this report with the "Daily accounts transacting" heading with the text underneath explaining what it means to transact versus because seeing this gives us proof our blockchain has an incredible number of unique accounts transacting each day and faith that this represents the most engaged 10% of all active users!
We should be due for at least a 5000+ gain in account creations any day now!
I think so too.
Any day now.. Lets hope 🤞
THanks for the post.
Nice statistics.
Very informative. steem is fluctuating today.
helpful as always
Nice stats.
Informative.
Good job
Nice analysis.
Good article, but it wpuld be nice to see amount of all accounts, active accounts and inactive (abandoned) accounts. It would be very informative ;)
Please include in your statistics what I care more: the total number of users whit the monthly growth dividing it into active and not active !
Check out @paulag's posts for that.
done, thanks!
It would be great to get some more accurate statistics on pageviews. I mean, if I pay other social media to promote my content, they can give me very specific analytics on how effective that promotion was.
Nor do I really accept that the 'transacting accounts' measure is anything to be excited about, though I do agree it is a more accurate way to describe what is being reported. We're coming up on a million registered accounts, and we still can't get much more than 70,000 to actively do anything on any given day!
Pageviews don't get recorded on the blockchain. As a result for views you'd need to get the various site owners (Steemit Inc, Busy, DTube etc. to give their data and combine them). Ultimately some views will still go unknown because anyone can use a local client to read from the chain.
Yeah, I know the views aren't recorded in the blockchain - and with good reason - can you imagine what that would take?! Still, I do wonder if it will be a problem in future. If we are still telling people that investing in SP or bidbot votes is buying attention, we're going to have to prove that we are delivering those views.
keep trending steemit
thou fluctuating;
Hello @penguinpablo. Do you know how to send Steem or SBD from our wallet to the Gopax exchange? For Blocktrades I just go to the wallet and click sell and it directs me to Blocktrades but there is nothing like that for Gopax even though Gopax is in the tool bar listed as "third party exchange."
If you know anything about trading on Gopax let me know. I started an account there but can't seem to transfer SBD there.
I never used Gopax, but I think there must be a link to 'Deposit' if you are logged in on their website.
Thanks. I will look closely.
My favorite part is seeing this become and stay strong in Alexa ranking. Once steemit becomes known as google juice it will get adopted by more self employed businesses.
Very informative post about steemit and cryptocurrency. Great statistics. Thank you so much for sharing. Upvote and Reateem done.
