22 Thus @dan and @ned did; according to all that God commanded them, so they did.

I think the main reasons newbies are discouraged are three:

1. Tedious approval process
2. Relatively complex structure of the system
3. Newbies get 0 eyes on their posts as good as they are so they earn like 2 cents and give up
   If SteemIt can get through those challanges I think it will go at a much faster rate!

Newbies just want to earn 50$+ for their 1st post and cash out instead of upgrading steem power.

Most people can't and will never be able to handle Steemit, because they have been spoiled by Facebook. The younger generation have gotten too lazy to even choose what they want to see.
For Steemit to ever break through, it would need an algorythm which feeds relevant contnent and needs to rely less on the follow feature.
