I like the line,. focus on the positive regardless of adversity..
Because if we continue to focus in the negative,it is just like we always hurt ourselves over and over again,.
If we had done something wrong,we had to moved on with the lesson from our mistake..there ni used in dwelling our past mistake because we can't bring back the time
