You are right, there was an error with the upvoting. To be honest, the public API nodes have been under a lot of pressure about a week now. It has been as bad as they have been down for more than 3 hours straight on some days. We have had to reduce our voting threshold down to 95% to guarantee that the bot dont cap voting power. This 0 value upvote was due to connection error to the node (the bot thought that it had upvoted yet the query never reached the blockchain)
We have upvoted that post now and edited the payout reply.
