I've talked with @birjudanak and I believe he is a victim of the phisher, not the perpetrator.
Furthermore not all of the accounts you have listed are compromised.

I will remove them, @birjudanak is using @surpassinggoogle as a voting proxy...what does that mean?
A lot of the minnow accounts which upvoted these phishing accounts are posting random nonsensical Russian language post...this is really weird.
