Food production can't be scaled large enough that everyone who would want to maximise how much they can eat, could.

Everyone can't be wealthy.

I can agree to statements such as 'A human needs X amount of calories to function, and with current scaling we do not have the capacity to provide every human with amount X on a constant basis'
