My friends are not able to open new accounts and there seems to be no way as of today to write to a support center where dedicated people help resolve the problem of to be members/new members.
I suggest someone can take the initiative to run the support center for steemit if steemit owners/initiators do not see it important.

Excellent idea. With the permanence of the chainBB steem platform, I think a support forum is definitely possible. With FAQs for contacting people depending on the problem, etc...

Not aware there's no support team to handle problems inside Steemit. I hope they will read this post in order for them to create one.
