Everyone want to have followers on Steemit as it is the most effective way to get yo

1. Brand yourself
Branding is very important for every persona and entity. Choose a niche and stick to it by regularly posting content from that niche alone.If you want to be knows as a news blogger, stick to it and use logos and profile picture that reflect that. Let people know what to expert from you when they follow you.
2. Engage your followers
It is not nice to neglect the comments your readers leave on your post, whether it is critical or unrelated. Even if you consider it as spam, you might say something about it.No one like to be left unheeded and it is rude not to respond to the comments of readers who took their time to read and upvote your comment.
3. Post constantly
Posting too frequently is bad, and could put you on the list of spammers. however posting not very often could also put you on the list of lazy Steemians.Even if you have a busy schedule, make sure you post a "hi", share a picture of a moment you had or resteem something.
