How much can you do to improve upon yourself? To be talented is one thing, to be skillful is another thing.
Talent is raw but when you add skills to it, it becomes refined. It is your skills that make your talent marketable, everybody is saddled with the responsibility to improve on their ability.
Invest your time, energy and money o your talent, the reward is far more than you can imagine.
I met a speaker recently in a conference who on one of his outings has a guest speaker talked for six hours and was paid #450,000. You can agree with me, this us what some graduates get as a civil servants per annum. Do you call that ordinary talking? Nothing is ordinary if you can do it in an extraordinary way. People can go out of their way to get you not minding the coat as long you can render a first class service.
Talent investment is different from any other form of investment, it starts from you, your efforts is the major requirements, it's all about what you have to do on a daily basis to be the man everybody will want for that job. When you invest in your talent, the dividends are honor, fame, wealth and Fulfilment. You will do what you enjoy doing most and you will be paid for it.
If you will get better everyday, better people will come for you.
